Development Engineer (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Active participation in the development and realization of new machines for the European market, from the initial product concept to successful market establishment
Analysis and integration of customer needs, market trends and innovative technologies
Definition and implementation of product requirements through to series production
Support with approval and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements for the EU market
Project-based collaboration in cross-divisional, international and multicultural teams
Continuous exchange with our development departments in China (requires language and cultural skills in both cultures)
Occasional travel within Europe to subsidiaries, partners and locations, as well as to our teams in China

Completed studies in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or similar at a European university
Ideally already sound knowledge of construction machinery, mobile machinery or mobile hydraulics
Goal-oriented, conscientious and structured way of working
Enjoy working independently and responsibly in interdisciplinary project teams
Good language skills in Chinese and English (mandatory) and ideally in German
Extensive experience in Chinese and European work culture
Willingness to travel occasionally
