Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

Trade Union Relations:

• Manage relationships with German trade unions & works councils.
• Ensure compliance & support in negotiations.
• Handle disputes & provide legal risk mitigation.

Legal Advisory & Compliance:

• Advise on corporate, employment law & GDPR.
• Ensure compliance with German & EU regulations.
• Monitor & implement legislative changes.

Contract Management:

• Draft, review & negotiate contracts (supplier, employment, confidentiality).
• Maintain a compliant contract management system.

Employment Law:

• Advise on hiring, termination & workplace disputes.
• Develop policies for labor law & GDPR compliance.
• Manage employment-related legal disputes.

Corporate Governance & Transactions:

• Support mergers, acquisitions & restructuring.
• Advise on corporate structure & compliance.
• Assist with board meetings & filings.

Risk Management & Dispute Resolution:

• Identify & mitigate legal risks.
• Manage disputes & work with external counsel.
• Maintain a compliance framework.

• Education: Law degree, LL.B. required; LL.M. or Volljurist preferred.
• Experience:  several years of experience as legal counsel (corporate/law firm); expertise in corporate, employment law & GDPR; industrial sector experience a plus.
• Skills: Strong legal knowledge, contract negotiation, MS Office & research tools proficiency.
• Languages: Fluent in German & English.
• Other: Analytical, organized, problem-solver, team player.
