International Product Manager (m/f/d)

Market Research & Product Planning:

• Analyze European forklift market trends & competition.
• Develop product strategies, positioning & pricing.
• Maintain and update the product roadmap.

Product Development & Compliance:

• Assess customer demands & oversee certification processes.
• Ensure compliance with EU regulations (noise, energy efficiency).

Collaboration & Project Management:

• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain & after-sales teams.
• Align delivery & support systems with market needs.

Marketing & Sales Support:

• Execute promotion strategies (exhibitions, white papers).
• Train sales teams & support customer negotiations.

Product Lifecycle Management:

• Monitor market performance, lead upgrades & phase-outs.
• Optimize inventory & cost structures.

• Education: Degree or above from recognized European institutions.
• Experience: several years of product management experience in the forklift industry within the European market. Familiarity with EU product certification processes.
• Languages: Native speaker level in German and Chinese, fluent in English is a plus.
• Skills: Strong data analytics, cross-cultural communication, and multilingual abilities (English required; French or Spanish is a plus).
