Technical R&D Expert (m/f/d)

Strategic Product Development:

• Lead forklift engine platform development for Europe.
• Design innovative, eco-friendly product architectures.
• Build a global product platform for future innovations.

Key Technology Breakthroughs:

• Develop modular platforms for electric forklifts & warehousing.
• Optimize “one platform, multiple models” strategy.
• Advance high-voltage drive systems, intelligent hydraulics & HMI.

Full Process Technical Control:

• Manage product lifecycle from design to mass production.
• Ensure EU compliance (DFMEA, VDMA standards, certifications).
• Implement localized production strategies.

Market-Oriented Technology Planning:

• Benchmark top European brands & trends.
• Develop a 3–5 year roadmap for smart, autonomous solutions.
• Align technology with industry needs (e.g., automotive logistics, cold chain).

• Education: Higher Degree from recognized European institutions.
• Experience: Several years of forklift product and key assembly development experience.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches in Europe or globally (annual sales > 30,000 units).
• Languages: Native speaker level in German and Chinese, fluent in English preferred, with additional languages such as Spanish considered a plus.
• Skills: Expertise in product design, technical analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
