Excavator Operator / Expert (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate and evaluate excavators, ensuring optimal performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Support machine testing and debugging both in China and Europe.
Prepare excavators for customer trials and assist with on-site testing.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance product development.
Conduct preliminary fault diagnostics and use data acquisition tools for troubleshooting.
Travel regularly to China for prototype evaluations and testing.

Professional Certification: Certified excavator operator.
Extensive Experience: Several years of hands-on excavator operation experience.
Versatility in Equipment: Skilled in operating various attachments, including tilt buckets, grapples, hydraulic breakers, forestry equipment, and thumb clamps.
Competitive Product Knowledge: Familiarity with excavators from major competitors such as Caterpillar, Bobcat, Yanmar, Kubota, CASE, John Deere, etc. Understanding of their strengths and weaknesses.
Technical Skills: Ability to perform basic fault diagnosis and use diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.
Ability to Travel
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Knowledge of German, French, or Italian is a plus.
