IHRE AUFGABEN
- Active search and approach of qualified candidates
- Creation and placement of job advertisements
- Conducting job interviews and pre-selecting suitable applicants
- Building and maintaining a talent pool
- Support in the development and implementation of recruiting strategies
- Management of personnel files, creation of employment contracts and certificates, management of absences and vacation requests
- Support in the development and implementation of HR strategies, advising managers and employees on personnel-related issues
IHRE QUALIFIKATION
- Completed studies in human resources management or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in recruiting
- Strong communication skills
- Independent working style and high social skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English
