Responsible from all technical issues from his product. Trainer for HEX. To be in contact with the dealers customers and production and give all available support when a problems appears on a machine.

Qualification of the Job holder
Technical education with good field experience in Excavators and good commercial skills. Assertiveness, flexibility, good communication skills and self motivation.
Knowledge in hydraulics, electricity, engines, troubleshooting, software. English language, favorably additional lanuage German.
Independent in daily work, team orientated, willing to travel.

Activities in detail
Communication Partner for our dealers in UK and Ireland, Europe and abroad for all questions related to technical issues on HEX.
Responsible for trainings related to his product.
Support to the different dealers in Europe, help on the phone on problems, able to go to jobsite and solve technical issues. Judge claims from dealers on his related products. Able to work with SAP on warranty claims.
Close teamwork with the spare parts department.
